Kate is a Nashville native who began her massage career in Colorado, where she attended the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and then practiced in Denver for five years. She returned to her hometown in 2019, working as lead therapist in a local massage studio. Kate opened her solo practice in 2021 and Luna Therapeutic Massage was born!

Kate intuitively blends deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial, and trigger point modalities while also being mindful of the emotional connection between therapist and client. Each session is customized to the individual client and is often different as the client’s needs change over time. She specializes in therapeutic massage to relieve pain and tension while helping to restore proper posture.
